Standard production takes 30-45 days after order confirmation and sample approval. For repeat orders with existing specifications, lead time can be reduced to 20-25 days. Rush production is available for an additional fee.

Do you offer custom branding and packaging?

Yes! We offer full OEM/ODM services including custom embroidery, woven labels, printed logos, custom packaging, and private label branding. Minimum quantities apply for custom branding (typically 500+ pieces).

What shipping methods do you use?

We handle all shipping arrangements: sea freight (most economical for bulk orders, 25-35 days), air freight (faster, 7-10 days), and express courier (DHL/FedEx for samples, 5-7 days). We also handle customs clearance and door-to-door delivery.
